ISO 20121: SETTING THE STANDARD FOR RESPONSIBLE EVENTSCertified ISO 20121 since May 2022, our agency has implemented a robust Responsible Management System (RMS) to design and produce more sustainable events. By training our teams and engaging our partners, we integrate sustainability at every stage of our projects. Our ambition is to continusously raise our standards for a measurable positive impact.

ECOVADIS: STRIKING GOLD IN CSR PERFORMANCEIn 2025, we reached a new milestone with a score of 79/100, a 5-point increase from the previous year. This places us among the top 3% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis in our sector. This gold rating highlights our continuous progress across environmental, social, ethical, and responsible procurement pillars, and reinforces our credibility with clients and partners who value strong sustainability performance.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK®: WHERE TRUST FUELS SUCCESSIn June 2023, we earned the Great Place To Work® France Certification. It reflects a 75% positive response rate from our collaborators. This improvement highlights our ongoing efforts to create a stimulating, inclusive and fulfilling work environment. #WORKINGWITHCANCER PLEDGE: STANDING BY OUR PEOPLESince February 2023, we have been signatories of the #WorkingWithCancer Pledge. Supported by our CEO, this commitment guarantees salary maintenance for at least one year for employees impacted by cancer or chronic illness, along with schedule flexibility for caregivers. This initiative embodies our dedication to putting people first.

SOLIDARITY DAY: GIVING BACK!Every year, our Solidarity Day mobilizes our teams in support of local associations. On Novembre 21, 2024, 45 volunteers contributed a total of 315 hours for UNICEF, Arborescences et Afood-Arc-En-Ciel. This collective effort strenghtehened our ties with the organizations, their beneficiaries, and our partner Unis-Cité Solidarité Entreprise.

A “FORUM ÉCONOMIQUE DES BANLIEUES” TO REMEMBERBecause solidarity also means sharing expertise, we contributed over 1 592 hours of skills-based volunteering to organize the first “Forum Économique des Banlieues” for the Quartiers d’Affaires association. From shaping the communication strategy and visual identity to designing the scenography and managing a full schedule of panel discussions, we helped this event reach a broad audience and established a sustainable, high-impact annual forum.
