The AUDITOIRE Project Management team includes client relations, operations management, project leads, and team liaisons. This team ensures collaboration between departments and monitors the creative, editorial, and technical development and the preparation, production, and implementation of all event elements.
The AUDITOIRE Production team oversees financial operations, production management, and technical expertise. This team provides crucial support to manage and advise all teams on strategic and operational decisions, including technical and financial aspects of projects. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing technical and financial aspects of projects, supervising CSR plan implementation on site and minimising environmental impact, carrying out feasibility studies for service providers and experts, drawing up terms of reference, managing service provider bids and overseeing implementation, branding follow-up, and optimising project budgets..
The AUDITOIRE Logistics team supervises all logistical components such as registration, accommodation, transportation, security, food and beverage, and CSR plan implementation. The team also coordinates signage, room allocation, on-site registration, staff logistics, and coordination of hotel bookings. The Logistics team guarantees venue safety, applies required sanitary rules, oversees property handling, conducts feasibility studies and logistical searches, draws up logistical terms of reference, and selects and manages calls for tender.
The AUDITOIRE Digital team includes platform designers, web developers, and immersion specialists. Digital specialists are in charge of designing and developing the best digital solutions to maximize the qualities of selected technologies and enhance the overall digital experience of AUDITOIRE products.
The AUDITOIRE Creative Strategy team involves strategic positioning, trends and behaviors analysis, and format designers. The Creative Strategy team should have expertise in brand communication guidelines, ecosystems, and be keen trend observers and analysts. Creative Strategists are in charge of imagining strategic concepts and solutions, and creating tailor-made experiences to fit the client goals to the audiences expectations. The Creative Strategy team oversees the implementation of these elements at every stage of a project.
The AUDITOIRE Creation Team creates visual representations of ideas and messages according to client preferences. The team follows up on design processes and ensures visual coherence, executes visual elements for print and digital requirements, adapts PPT templates for presentations, animates videos and short films, leads projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines, establishes and follows up on budgets. The team includes 35 in-house creatives with specific expertise, from designers to illustrators and architects, who imagine the aesthetic and spatial looks and feels of the AUDITOIRE event experience.
The AUDITOIRE Film and Motion team executes film, documentary, interviews, large screen programs, and video mapping. These creative specialists are in charge of artistic design and oversee all film and audiovisual genre productions, including concept notes and creative recommendations, implementation of selected innovative concepts and the filmmaking process, editorial cohesion, and audiovisual team coordination.
The AUDITOIRE Content team oversees the development of content, designs, and engagement, as well as curating and highlighting trends and initiating discussions with clients. Our editorial specialists are responsible for the thematic editorial structure, format design and content curation, and communication of AUDITOIRE's experiences.
The AUDITOIRE Influence team focuses on community management, E-PR, and strategizing reach.
The AUDITOIRE Social Media team explores online communities, strategies and campaigns, and social and digital content. The team also measures social media performance and e-reputation. The team is composed of experts with transversal know-how to optimise sharing and reach every stage of projects by developing and implementing a multilingual communication and digital content strategy; recommending and supervising the development of online communication tools and content formats for social networks; designing and supervising digital marketing and PR strategy; and coordinating online activations before, during and after events.
